Refund and Returns Policy

At Investment Point (referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”), we value our readers, subscribers, and customers. However, due to the nature of our services and content delivery, we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.


1. No Refunds

  • All payments made towards subscriptions, advertisements, promotions, events, or any other services are non-refundable, regardless of usage or early termination.

  • Once a transaction is completed, the amount paid cannot be refunded, reversed, or adjusted against any other product or service.


2. No Cancellations

  • Subscription services (digital or print), once activated, cannot be cancelled.

  • Advertisements and promotional bookings, once confirmed, are final and binding.


3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error (subject to verification).

  • Failed transaction where payment is deducted but service is not activated.

In such cases, users must contact us within 7 working days of the transaction with valid proof. Any eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
