Manappuram Financeने RBI તરફથી Bain Capital affiliates – BC Asia Investments XXV Ltd અને BC Asia Investments XIV Ltd દ્વારા 41.66% રકમ માટે આગ્રહ માટે મંજૂરી મેળવી છે. Bain Capital ચઢાવી રહ્યું છે રૂ. 4,385 કરોડની ઇન્વેસ્ટમેન્ટ, જેમાં 18% શેની ખરીદી ઉત્સાહિત છે.
65% નફરૂપી વેચવાલી બાદ, શેરમુકત રેન્ક 2.11% ઘટ્યા બાદ રૂ. 302.15 પર બંધ થયાં. પરંતુ લાંબા ગાળે, Manappuram Financeએ 740% ગાટ્ટું ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવ્યું છે, જેનું ભાવ સૌથી ઉંચું રૂ. 321.60 નોંધાયું.
તે ઉપરાંત, નવા પંચ વપરાસથી લઇને બોર્ડમાં Bain Capitalના ડિરેક્ટરોને સુમાબે બદલી આપવામાં આવશે. બજારની ભાવિ દિશા સુધરવાની શક્યતા અનુભવાઈ રહી છે, કારણ કે Bain Capital જે નવી બાંધલી કરી રહી છે, તે Manappuram Financeની વૃદ્ધિને તેજ સમારણ પ્રાપ્ત કરવાનું આશ્વાસન આપે છે.
